The terms that apply when you use the OBSI corporate website, obsi.io.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of obsi.io (the “website”), which is operated by OBSI, a business registered in Malaysia and based at A-40-21, Sentul Point Suites, 51100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“OBSI”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. These terms cover the corporate website only. Each OBSI product, such as ObsiGo, RenHero or SocialShark, is governed by its own terms published on that product’s website or app.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use it in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • send spam, unsolicited marketing or abusive content through our contact form;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our permission;
  • interfere with the website’s operation or security.

3. Information on the website

The website provides general information about OBSI and its products. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and it is not professional advice.

Product descriptions, previews and screenshots are illustrative. Interactive previews use sample data. Product features, availability and pricing are confirmed only on each product’s own website and may change. Photographs marked as illustrative do not show OBSI staff, premises or customers. The headquarters visual is a concept for the future, not an existing building.

4. Intellectual property

The OBSI name and logo, the names and logos of OBSI products, and the website’s content, design, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to OBSI. Third-party photography is used under its licence and remains the property of its owners.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of this material, or our trade marks, without our prior written permission.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to OBSI product websites and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

6. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the website doesn’t create a contract or any obligation for either of us. We handle the personal data you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. We don’t guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Malaysia.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
